Ms. Dozier is a partner with the firm of Franzen & Salzano, P.C. in Atlanta, Ga.  She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2002.  She received her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2005.

Franzen & Salzano represents many corporate clients but among them are several mortgage lenders and large real estate closing firms.  Loretta Salzano of Franzen and Salzano has for many years represented the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia and Jennifer is now integral in that representation herself.

Ms. Dozier focuses her practice in lending compliance.  On behalf of the firm’s clients, Jennifer manages the legislative monitoring and reporting activities related to federal and state legislation, including implementing administrative regulations.

Since the final version of the CFPB rule or more commonly known as the TRID rule was released, Ms. Dozier has focused her practice on helping her lender clients on implementing internal rules in order to be compliant with CFPB/TRID.  Since the implementation of the final rule on October 3rd of this year she has found herself troubleshooting various scenarios on a daily basis with her lender clients as well as her closing attorney clients.  Since this rule took affect a little over a month ago there may not be anyone in the State of Georgia that has more experience with what can go wrong with the new CFPB/TRID rules and how to fix it than Jennifer L. Dozier.
